For a course to appear in the My Studio dashboard you will need to have accessed the course in the course player already and allowed the course title slide to fully load. Once this happens the course should appear in the My Studio page.
If you do not allow the course title slide to load (which takes 2 seconds) then there the system will assume that you do not intend to proceed and will not display the course for you.
If your credit card expired and a monthly due payment failed to process on a number of attempts then you will no longer have access to any courses. Please update your credit card information and contact us to retrieve access to all your courses.
