To get the most value from the Interactive Class, you should review the material posted for lessons each week in the Course Player prior to the live session each Wednesday. This is because going through this material takes time, and it is best to take advantage of the live session on Wednesday to ask questions and get support from Dave and the rest of the group.
In terms of the actual painting work here are 3 options to consider:
Option 1 – work in advance
Do the painting work and submit photos of your work through the Assignment feature in the course player before the Wednesday live session. The advantage of this approach is that Dave can provide you detailed feedback during the live session on Wednesday based on your submitted assignment.
Option 2 – get a headstart
Get a head start on Wednesday on the painting before the live session starts e.g. on Wednesday morning. The advantage of this approach is that you have already got some work for Dave to review and as your painting is still wet, Dave can help you fix any problems you may have with taking your painting to the next stage.
Option 3 – paint during the live session
With this option, you start your painting during the live session on Wednesday. This means that you have Dave on hand to help you at any point in the process and you are using the live session like a traditional classroom to paint.
Please consider which option may suit you at any given time and of course you are free to move between these options at different points.
